  1. Return Conditions:

    • Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Items must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Return Procedure:

    • Please contact our customer service at dublinttc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Carefully package the item with all original accessories and documents.
    • Include the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly on the packaging.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale or promotional items cannot be returned.
    • Customized or special order items cannot be returned, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
  5. Exchanges:

    • We do not accept direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
